Meeting Notes - November 2016
Hey Team!
I'd like to begin a blog spot where I can post the "minutes" from our Vocal Team meetings. This is where you can find out what's what, when we're meeting next, and what we talked about at our last meeting!
I'm also going to post the special music schedules so you can easily find what songs we have used in the past, who sang it, and on what date. I'll add labels like "Special Music 2013 - 2016" and "Holiday Services" (with specials from Christmas Eve, Good Friday, Worship Nights, etc.)
Clearly, some of what I'm posting is several years old, so it won't be used much - although I like that it's here if we want to refer to something! But as I get to posting things from more recent months, I think it'll be a great resource as we look for songs to suggest at each meeting. It'll be much simpler than having a printed copy to keep track of (although I will continue to keep a hard copy in my office) as well as help jog our memories and keep us from reusing songs, etc.
Hope this makes sense and works as well as the blogspot for the Worship Team seems to be working!
